The TiGRE Group – Privacy Policy

Introduction

The TiGRE Group is committed to protecting your privacy and to complying with applicable data protection and privacy laws, including the regulations under the GDPR legislation May 2018, which are designed to ensure that any data the TiGRE Group holds about or which you provide is processed with the upmost due care and attention.

What data does the TiGRE Group collect about you?

  • If you are a contractor or service provider working for any of the affiliated companies within the TiGRE Group, personal data may be collected about you including your name, contact numbers, address, email address and bank details for payment of invoices.
  • If you are a third party stakeholder involved with the TiGRE Group's Project companies, personal data may be collected about you including your name, contact numbers, email address and dates and details of meetings held with you.
  • If you submit an enquiry through the TiGRE Group or any of the Project companies' websites or via other direct contact, personal data may be collected about you including your name, contact number and email address.

The TiGRE Group does not collect any sensitive data about you.

How your personal data is collected

The TiGRE Group collects data about you through the following methods:

  • If you are a contractor, your data is collected via your direct interactions with the TiGRE Group including email, phone, post and via your invoices.
  • If you are a third party stakeholder involved with the TiGRE Group's Project companies, your data may be collected following business meetings/conversations with you and stored on the relevant Project company's Stakeholder Management Database.
  • Via your enquiries to the TiGRE Group's, or associated companies' website(s) or via your email or letter to the TiGRE Group.

How your personal data is used

The TiGRE Group only uses your personal data when legally permitted. The most common uses of your personal data are:

  • Where there is the need to perform the contract between the TiGRE Group and yourself.
  • Where it is necessary for the TiGRE Group's legitimate interests (or those of a third party) and your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests.
  • Where the TiGRE Group needs to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.
  • Where you have requested information about the status of the TiGRE Group's Projects.

Disclosures of your personal data

The TiGRE Group may have to share your personal data with third parties set out below:

  • IT and system administration service providers.
  • Professional advisers including key project consultants and banking, administrative and accounting services.
  • Third parties to whom the TiGRE Group sells, transfers or merges parts of the Group's business or assets.

The TiGRE Group requires all third parties to whom your data is transferred to, to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law. Third parties are only allowed to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with the TiGRE Group's instructions.

Data security

The TiGRE Group carefully protects the security of personal information you provide. Personal information collected is stored on password controlled and encrypted computers, and secure IT systems and software are used. Hard copies of relevant business documents such as invoices and contracts are stored in a secure office. In addition, access to your personal data is limited to those agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know such data. They will only process your personal data on the TiGRE Group's instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

Data retention

Your personal data is only retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes it was collected for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

In most cases this means your information will be kept until the development of any TiGRE Projects has been completed. After that it will be deleted other than where it can be lawfully kept for any data for audit or legal reasons.

Your legal rights

Under certain circumstances, you have rights under data protection laws in relation to your personal data including the right to:

  • Request access to your personal data
  • Request correction of your personal data
  • Request erasure of your personal data
  • Object to processing of your personal data
  • Request restriction of processing your personal data
  • Request transfer of your personal data
  • Withdraw consent (where applicable)
